Refund Policy

At Aaradhya Realty, we value the trust our clients place in us during the booking process. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which booking amounts and payments made towards our projects may be refunded.

This policy applies to all bookings made for plots and properties listed on the Aaradhya Realty website or through our sales representatives. By making a booking payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Amount

A booking amount (as specified for each project, e.g. ₹51,000/-) is collected to reserve a plot on behalf of the client. This amount is treated as an advance towards the total sale consideration and is adjusted in the final payment schedule upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, a written request must be submitted via email or through our official contact channels, clearly mentioning the booking reference details.

  • Cancellations requested within 7 days of booking are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount, subject to processing charges.
  • Cancellations requested after 7 days but before execution of the sale agreement may be eligible for a partial refund, as per applicable deductions.
  • Cancellations requested after the sale agreement or registration process has commenced will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once a cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval. The timeline may vary depending on the mode of original payment and banking procedures.

Clients will be notified via email or phone once the refund has been initiated, along with the expected date of credit.

Deductions & Charges

The following charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable:

  • Administrative and processing charges as per company policy
  • Bank transaction charges or gateway charges incurred during the original payment
  • Any legal or documentation charges already incurred on behalf of the client

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The client fails to complete the payment schedule as agreed after booking confirmation.
  • The sale agreement or registration has already been executed and completed.
  • The cancellation request is made citing reasons unrelated to the project, pricing, or documentation provided by the company.

Cancellation by Company

In the rare event that Aaradhya Realty is unable to honor a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as unavailability of the plot, regulatory changes, or force majeure events), a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the client without any deductions.

Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking, wherever possible:

  • Online payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking) will be refunded to the original source account.
  • Cheque or demand draft payments will be refunded via a new cheque/DD or bank transfer, based on client preference.
